So, I’ve had late nights after I’ve FINALLY put the kids to bed where I’ve stumbled into the kitchen for a not-so-healthy snack. My tool of choice, a spoon. I’ve flung open the pantry and opened a jar of “that” hazelnut spread and proceeded to make myself feel guilty for the 3 spoonfuls of sin I’ve just committed..“.....”

Moms lead a very busy life. Most days I don’t have anything but coffee in my belly until well after 1 p.m. Sometimes I’m grabbing at the quickest, unhealthiest option I can find to hold me off until I have a moment to have a decent meal.
