IE Cupcake Fair is coming!!

Heaven on earth is coming to Riverside California. The Third Annual IE Cupcake Fair & Baking Expo takes place inside Riverside Convention Center Sunday, October 4, 2015. I've never attended this particular expo before, but anything that has to do with baked goods has my name written all over it! I can already smell the frosting and fresh cake batter. They have live cooking and cake decorating along with tastings and judging. 

While prior fairs focused only on cupcakes, this year is for all things baked! The baking expo will have something for every baking enthusiast, be it fondant work or more rustic looking cakes & treats. I don't discriminate, I truly love it all. Su Pak, event creator says "We decided to add a baking expo element to draw in baking enthusiasts in addition to cupcake enthusiasts. We look forward to seeing more cookies, macaroons, cake pops, and more at this year's fair. It's going to be our best event yet!".

the beauty of this event is not only that I can truly indulge my sweet tooth, but that the proceeds from this year's event will benefit a local non-profit organization called Epilepsy Education Everywhere. Cupcaking with a cause? Count me in! Is your mouth watering yet?!
