Heaven on earth is coming to Riverside California. The Third Annual IE Cupcake Fair & Baking Expo takes place inside Riverside Convention Center Sunday, October 4, 2015. I've never attended this particular expo before, but anything that has to do with baked goods has my name written all over it! I can already smell the frosting and fresh cake batter.
